Victoria has spent the past +15 years in marketing leadership roles across Europe and Asia Pacific, leading FinTech Marketing organisations through fast-changing industries. She is currently Regional CMO for Thomson Reuters APAC, where she manages teams across the Middle East, India, China, Japan, Korea, South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. She has built sophisticated teams from the ground up who service the biggest brands in the world today.

Victoria’s passion and focus is building brand through excellent customer experience. In a changing world, it’s never been more important to maintain the human ingredient to marketing, which means understanding clients’ needs on a deeper level. Education is one of the key ingredients to successfully reaching decision makers in FinTech, and thought leadership has been a focus throughout her career.

She values and prioritises diversity and working culture. This has included working as an executive sponsor of for Pride and Women in Leadership working groups.
